Looking for Domainer and partners

Hi,
I am a developer looking for a domainer(s) who want to do more with their domains than let them sit on Sedo or the like.
A domains value goes up the more pages that it has listed in google etc. were building a community of sites, some ecommerce some just adsense revenue. If you have anything you would like to see utilized, we would host and develop the sites, and you retain ownership of the domain.

Have you got any revenue sharing schemes for domainers to benefit from. I understand you would be doing most of the work.

 

basically it would be a 50/50 split revenue stream after costs ofcourse. The better the domain or idea you know the better all our chances are.

I love developing projects, and i know there are tons of domains just floating out there not being used. A domain has more value the more we put into it. Having a domain ride on sedo just is a waste for some of those beauties. Adsense pays off well. ecommerce pays well. why not let them do their work and increase the value of the site.

A site that has good pr and alexa ranking with a good site will gain better money at sale time, than one that just idely sits on sedo. If the partners agree to sell, the site definately would benefit more with a live site thats making a registered income or one that has good pr and community around it.

 

There are still good domains available for registration. You are giving up way to much if you do all that work and then split it 50-50. It would be much cheaper in the long run even if you had to pay a few hundred dollars for a killer domain.

I've got approximately 15 brand new domains I would like to do something with - just can't find the time.

They're all high quality Domains IMO. ;-)
