We can submit your site. Many people are mistaken thinking the acceptance rate is the same as the conformation mail rate(the mail you receive soon after you submit your site to a directory. As far as I know service buyers use the words "Acceptance rate" to mean on an average how many directories accept your site to be listed in them. Generally the acceptance rate for 1000 directory submission project would be around 40% or less(yes, it would also vary from site to site depending on how good your site is) But when Cheap SEO Services said 90% acceptance rate, I think he was talking about "conformation mail rate" that you receive after submitting your site to a directory(it is just a mail which states your site has just been submitted to the directory and it is on queue in the list of sites which are being evaluated whether they are worth getting listed in the directory.) But if 90% directories out of a 1000 project list your site in them (meaning 900 directories list your site in them), well, it is the best service. The reason I used 1000 submission project is "Usually a 1000 project has less acceptance rate than a 100 project provided the 100 directories are specially picked (if they are directories in which the general acceptance rate is high. But they should also be seo friendly.) In a 100 project we have more scope to get a high acceptance rate. If you want more backlinks you can go for directories that accept many sites in comparison with other directories. But if you main aim is to get good seo advantages, you will have to choose only more seo friendly sites.... well, You can understand.
