Looking For Directory Submission Service To Contract Work To

I'm in the process of developing a new resource as part of my network of webmaster sites called Which Directories... www.whichdirectories.com

It's aim is to be a "comprehensive guide to directory submissions", including where, how and why to submit your site to directories.

A perfect addition to this site would be a manual directory submission service but I have no interest in actually doing this work.

Therefore, I came up with the idea that I could set up and promote a manual submission service from my website and contract this work to someone / a team that are already set up to carry it out.

I would take a cut of all the work that I provide and the submissions carried out would be done under the name of my website.

This idea has not been fully fleshed out yet but would be something I would be interested in putting in place over the coming month as I focus more on the promotion of the site.

I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who is either independently or as part of a team involved in carrying out manual directory submission services and would consider fulfilling contract work outside of the work they get for themselves.
