Can you explain why you need to submit to pages with pr? You can get good serps without pr, just submit to relevant sites/categories. PR sucks! PR should not be the biggest factor.
well, if your directory is in the top search results than I might consider it as well, but most likely it's not and PR is the best way to quickly see if a website is good, if its pages are cached, if it transfers links juice.
I have a 39 Directories you can buy, majority are Entertainment, a few games, I guess there's over 250 Pages (combined total) with PR. You can have a look individually and submit to the ones that you wish - how ever I am not sure about PR juice - as links in directory may have no-follow attributes, hence why I said you can buy them : so then you have complete control over all of them and can add links to templates.
