    what you mean? You looking for partners to "buy" rights and then put product on CB as vendor?

    Or you just want to promote/sell as an affiliate? Then you dont need to buy. I use "Clickbank Elite" to scour clickbank for whatever i want...but you caan also use CB website or services like www.cbengine.com to look for products.

    Go to paydotcom.com , buy the resale rights, rename it and put in the CB marketplace

    You can just copy the product and change it slightly, then after you changed it, it becomes yours. So you won't need any rights :D
