I have built up a very good domain name portfolio and want to develop some key domains into to valuable sites. Preferably I'm looking for someone who is capable of design, code and seo. If you have experience monetizing websites that is a serious plus. I'm looking to split profits with the developer of the sites. Because the developer doesn't have good domains and I do. If the developer does or doesn't have good domains and wants to go it alone that's great. However, I'm looking for those who are interested in partnering. Thus, my post seeking a partner. If you're not interested then just keep moving. If you insist here are some reasons why someone should partner with me: 1. Generic Type in traffic generates a lot of traffic for sites that are just parked. I want to apply good design, code and SEO to a site that is already receiving traffic to compound it's effectiveness. 2. I'm offering 40-60 profit share. I earn 40% the developer 60%. I believe that developing these sites will further increase the sites value so that I will make more money profit sharing than I would alone. 3. All partnerships will be done with a written agreement so that the developer assured their earnings. 4. I personally bring to the table: Valuable keyword domains with type in traffic. SEO knowledge, site development and monetization experience and teamwork. Why I'm looking for a partner. I have other business ventures that require my time but I still want to pursue my online ventures. Because I can't personally commit a lot of time to each site I would prefer to partner with a developer.
