Looking for designer to mod arcade site

Hi, I'm looking for a designer to create a new design for my site (pixelarcade.net). The site uses the arcadem script (https://secure.agaresmedia.com/v6/products/arcade-script/). I would like to change the layout to fit features I would like to add in the future. The file attached will show you what I would like the layout to look like, also their is one jpeg image to show you what I would like the index to look like. The text file will explain the rest of the pages I would like changed. Both the files talk about programming aspects of the project, please ignore those, the design should be made just to fit around them and allow the programmer to easily mod them.
