I am relauching my forum, AdminFuel, but first I want a group of staff members who will be eager and dedicated to the forum.

They should have a good knowledge of forum management.

    Anyone interested, please contact me.

    Thanks.

Are you no longer selling it? Or was it sold and you're the new owner?

I didn't get any offers that satisfied me and things didn't pull through, so I have decided to start again and work on it like never before. Are you interested in being a staff member?

Honestly, I don't think your forum need a staff yet because not much to be moderated at this moment. Your forum need a lots of members right now. Once your forum have establish certain number of members, promote the members that contribute the most to become your forum staff.

I'd be happier starting off with a few active staff members who can help input content right away :)

dynashox is still right on the money here. Pulling people from here could be a huge mistake on your part. Nothing against the DP memberbase, it's just that the best staff are first and foremost members. By promoting from off-site sources makes those staff first and foremost outsiders, which chances are will never really change.

maybe a group of temps with all involved knowing they will be temps... if you pull them in, and they get a member following on the forum, and you end up not liking them, well, you stand to loose a chunk of the memberbase as well... if it happens in too far in the future, you run the risk of having enough members to start a new forum...and who wants that competition?

Another perk of promoting from within will show you just who is loyal to the site...

What happened to the forum database?

I remember you already had a lot of posts inside the forums. Why did you removed them?

Starting from a clean slate will be much harder for you.
