    Hardware wise, your on the right track. However given the bandwidth you are asking you'd probably want to consider raising your budget a bit, at least doubling it.

    i agree with mia - to get that much dedicated BW you need to increase your budget to around $250-$300 per month unless you lower the hardware requirements

    and depending on what kind of a cpu core you want, that could also jack up the price.
