    100+gb hdd
    unmetred bw (100 mbps port)
    any kind of control panel (cpanel,directadmin,plesk..etc)
    allow filehosting (like rapidshare)
    my budget 80$/month

    I would suggest you increase your budget a bit or probably go for metered Bandwidth.

    We can offer you but your budget is too less for a unmetered 100 mbit port.

    let me know if you can increase your budget so we can offer you a deal or probably you may want to star with a metered server.

    dude! unmetered bandwidth ofr $80 is very very less budget. I can offer for $80 but only metered bandwidth.
