    I would look through this subcat under the headings WTS. FYI, you are not going to find cpanel and whm on a dedicated server for under $100 from anyone. Its just not possible to offer that and still make money. cPanel licenses cost money, as does power, cooling, bandwidth, etc.

    You might want to bump your budget up a bit. Bump it even more if you expect someone to manage it for you.

    At least a dual core cpu , 100 uplink port , remote reboot, 1-2gig of ram, 200gig harddrive
