Hi, I am currently launching around 20 new sites for a project started. These will all be in the same market but emphasizing certain distinguishing factors to target specific audiences. The basic layout needed is a one page consisting of the following: Header.php leftbar.php or rightbar.php footer.php .htaccess will be used to give unique URL names with same backend PHP scripting to allow for unique output and layout. Basically only 1 header image needed. My goal is to develop and deploy these sites as soon as possible to get them SEO'd and gaining organic traffic as I have offers on the table to lease this traffic as soon as I can get it available. I already have several designed but me previous developer got married and is too busy to keep this pumping out. Please PM me with portfolio, pricing and turnaround time for 20 unique templates. I am looking to spend from $125-$200 per template depending on how involved the designer will get in regards to logo complexity and the degree of uniqueness in regards to implemening .htaccess and mod_rewrite.
