    The config you have posted looks straight out of BurstNET specials.

    Please note that the 2000 GB bandwidth offered by BurstNET is
    1000 GB up & 1000 GB down.

    So, in reality you get only 1000 GB bandwidth, as proxies have bandwidth in = bandwidth out.
