    To make your hosting service distinctive, use a cheap reseller account and addon WHMCS (under $20USD month) with custom branding.

    Hostgator provide free whmcs license on their all shared plans.

    Their support is also awesome :)

    I got one reseller from PacificHost. PacificHost offer free WHMCS or ClientExec to any reseller hosted by them. :)

    Do you mean reseller hosting plan? While reseller hosting is still shared hosting it sounds like you're after stand alone web hosting. In this case it's not common to offer WHMCS as part of these plans.

    Think of trying one of them because they are both decent and dependable with competitive prices.
