Why don't you build back links on .com/.org/etc domains? The results would be the same in the SERP. Let me know and i will forward you my package. I offer links on pages with PR1 to PR7.
Looking for the same service. Pamela, have done backlinks and other stuff to push my domain. On google.com 2 keywords are in the top5 but on google.de they are on page 2 or 3. This proofs that you local links will help you push up the ranking in google.de. Sure you might get to top 10 by doing .com org etc but you will need many many links. To give you an example. angela on google.com nr2 and she has many many links. On google.de only nr 14. This is another example that you need local links.
