Looking for customizable simple WP theme

Any hint to a wp-theme that look like this template

The sidebar may be on the left or right.
Easy to customise.
A header that look like that so that I can edit it easily.

It for a blog network with several themes where i will just need to update the theme.

Do post links to themes that look like that.
Or if you have one to offer...

 

I think blogroll should be at right hand side. and i would prefer it.

 

He's looking for a realstate theme with a left side sidebar. There are nice real state themes for free, but I'm not sure you can find something similar to this design with these features.
