I am looking for someone to build something very similar to:

I am not sure the best programming language to use but my site is done in PHP.

The demographic is 55+ so the images of the people should reflect that.

I am looking for the same functionality and look as the example above.

Basically a box with 4 panels
* Post Your Resume
* Get Job Recommendations
* Be Found By Employers
* Apply to Jobs Faster

When one of the above links are click a panel will appear (same way it does for careerbuilder)

I also need each panel designed and include images of people 55+.

Please send me a quote and time frame for the project.

My Opinion:
Programming this seems pretty straightforward and simple. AJAX is what you want. I'll program it if you need it.

The harder part would be finding images that truly capture what you're looking for. You are more in need of a graphic artist than you are a programmer.
