Looking for CSS coder PSD to CSS

    I am looking for someone who is willing to code a CSS web page. I will be paying although I cannot pay a very high amount. I need this site to be working well with both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I would like someone which has experience coding CSS with both browsers.

    I will be coding PHP in it afterwards therefore I need it to be able to support it.

    The design is currently in .psd format at the moment. I would like it to be absolutely tableless.
