    Wordpress is the name of the game . It's free , it's popular and it only cost 150 - 250 USD to get yourself a nice custom template built .

    The other option is just to have your own CMS made with the option that you want built in . My advice is that you just hire a designer/coder . If you will have a long term relationship with the guy the prices will drop quite a bit and you'll get more done for less . This is true for both time and money .

    Oh and for the love of God make sure that you both have headsets for Skype or other voice coms . It will save you both ages and make communication 5x to 10x better .
