I am looking for a CSS/HTML coder who has the following qualities/skills: *- 100% Valid coder *- Cross Browser Compatibility knowledge *- Can create stylish looking templates using CSS and HTML without images *- I don't have any specific requirements when creating a template so you will need to be creative *- I will provide a color swatch so you will need to create a template using those colours *- You will need to be online every day, the more hours the better - ideally looking for someone in the UK. *- I need someone who is quick, cheap and reliable - and wants daily guaranteed work. *- I need someone who can code from .PSD -> HTML/CSS when offered.
