Buying Looking for creative 300+ word news article writers

We are now looking to add a few creative news writers to our blog to write short, at least 300+ words, news articles on US celebrities.

Must be a native English speaker, preferably from USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc!

Must be passionate about writing (want to write only about specific person or two? or write only in specific category like fashion, movies, tv shows, music, sports, politics etc... - OK)

All articles must be written in your own words, 100% copyscape proof and MUST have 100% proper grammar! Articles are to be based on the current celebrity news, rumors and gossip!
You must be active and be able to write 2 to 5 articles per day, 6-7 days a week (schedule Sunday posts on Saturday)!

You must be willing to research and follow your subject, person, event, industry and be able to promptly write your own story before news appear on all other sites.

We are looking for a long term relationship, if you like what you do and we like what you write there might be additional opportunities.

Last but not least, if you run an agency and outsource, please don’t respond or PM, we like to work directly with the writer.
