If you can't post manually your not going to be able to auto post. This isn't brain surgery although it sometimes feels like it is. I would suggest Auto Posters once you have the know how. This way you can automate your postings and get your services and products out there on a broader scale. Look at it this way if you can click a button VS. slaving away to your computer, which one sounds better to you?
I did this doing 10 posts manually per day and had allot of success with them. It will keep you up to date on effective add writing
