Looking for craigslist clone but with a required membership to post

    The title pretty much says it all. I'm working on a project to allow members to post listing based on their area.

    A plus for the script package would be:

    view posts based on their zip code
    forums
    reCAPTCHA

    This isnt a money making project so free or cheap is a must
