I would recommend Neverblue, BurstMedia, Epom Market, Tribal Fusion. Personally I use Epom market and need to say I'm fully satisfied with their service (plus they gave me 2 months of trial). Also many rumours abot cpmfun, not sure if they're legit, just saying, no offense guys. Also I don't like pop up ads

 

There are many offers in different CPM network. You have to select which is the best for you amont them.
I think you should not take others decision at this fact.

 

No offense, of course - but I want to inform you that CPMfun is legit. Me and other publishers already got more payments from them - you can see the last one in my signature. And also the pop up problem was solved, since about a month

 

Sorry to hear you did not get approved by google adsense. there are some best paying ones are Trial Fusion, Advertising.com, Valueclick and edomz.com, These network you can join all are well known network i would say you read more before joining any network.

 

You need to check Poponclick if you have traffic from VN. That's my suggestion.

 

Agree with the positive comments about Epom Market, which I've worked myself with and am rather satisfied with the results I got. As for CPMfun, I wouldn't really recommend it, even though haven't dealt with it - just heard quite ambiguous impressions, regarding their transparency.
