I am looking for CPM/URL shorter/PTP that pays more than $0.01 per 1,000 views.
I am currently having about 10,000 hits from Asia everyday so I hope to earn at least $0.80-$1.

suggest you Epom market. I wasn't sure about how legit they are, buuut decided to give a try month ago. I have serious volumes of asian traffic, and rates I've got from Epom is more than suitable. Also, ads quality. Some networks have destroyed my design, can't say the same about Epom guys, all ads I get are branded. thank God. well, hope I help you.
