Looking for CPM ad network

Just wondering what networks you are using.
I am running a online movie website with average 8000 PV per day, Main geo: UK&US >50%, EU >30%.
I have tried a lot of networks but can only get CPM of $0.003-$0.005 from them:

Chitika: $0.002-$0.003
Adsterra: $0.002 with malware and mobile redirection ads.
Clicksor: High CPM but only a few ads are CPM ads, I only got 300 hundreds of impressions per day from them.
Poptm: Good network, but I prefer banner ads.
CPMfun: Said to be scam.
and so on...

Rejected by Adbuff, Media.net, etc for too few PVs. And rejected by some networks because copyright issues.

Do you have any suggestions please?

Before applying for a ad network,talk to their support team.I have tested Popads,Propellers ads and Admaven.Propellerads is great in counting the impression and has good CPM rates but it has not banner ads at the moment.Admaven is also great in CPM rate and their support team is very active.I have tested their popunders but not their banners.But i offer you to test it.If interested,inform me so i will give you my support manager Skype ID so you can be contact with him.

if you be patience for few weeks or month chitika gave you CPM $0.3 - $0.4

 

Chitika has payment issues for the past 2 months. They have mentioned that they are moving to an alternate payment provider but haven't provided any for the past 2 months.

 

Did you try Pinvert (adult) or Popwin (mainstream)? @Steve @Pinvert can help you to maximize your revenue

You can try using Adnow native ads. It's great and you would love it.

 

propellerads is good if you have a big website.

 

Chitika has introduced a new payment provider today. Just wanted to update my response to make it current.
Note - I am not sure when and how payments from Chitika will start again but a new payment provider is in place now at least.
