Does anyone recommend a trusted CPA program that pays weekly? Ideally something just like Zanox, I'm looking for areas like gadgets (ie iPhone), cell phone ringtones, cell phones, video games.

I do know quite a few affiliates that will pay you weekly if you drive a good amount of traffic. But, a lot of times, you need to earn that early payment right.
