Hello, I am looking for a CPA network which has a link locker feature. Basically it should allow to lock link/url, and users have to complete a offer/survey before they could see the locked link. Payment via Paypal is preferable.

You can't make loads of money when you only get about 50 clicks a day! no matter how good your network is! you should really be asking how can i drive huge amount of traffic to my website...... because..... even with a rubbish network if you get something like 4000 hits a day! you will still be making money!!!!!! its all about traffic not the network!!!
I have tried Glitzads but it seems the traffic is not converting with them, 9000+ clicks and only 11 conversion. Also their pay per lead is also not good according to me.
