    everywhere i look they only want us or canadian traffic.

    CJ is great for intl, but beware.. some will just reject you outright just because ur international. Shoot them an email thought, and they'll probably OK you

    There's a good few networks on the site in my sig. Some of the networks have international offers. I use to hear quite a few people moan about Clixgalore with not receiving payments and things, but I have been with them for years and have never had a problem with them with payments and they have a good amount of merchants also.

    Also, I wanted to add that eBay offers an international signup offer on a CPA basis that's VERY generous! This may be one of the best international CPA offers and deserves special notice. I believe it pays when your referral registers and bids on one item within one month. Best & Take Care!
