Copying someone elses site is a horrible thing to do. You should come up with your own website instead of trying to steal someone else's. Just a peice of advice - When the owner of the real site discovers your theft (sorry but that is the only word that describes this) they may very well file a complaint against you with your host and then your host would probably suspend your account. In fact, a few months ago I discovered someone who had copied one of my sites. They changed the header log, but the rest was the same - same content, same navigation, even the same style sheet. I contacted them to ask, but they did not reply. After a few days I sent a message to their host about it. They took a look at both sites and then suspended the copycats hosting. When I went to their site all I got was an error saying "This account has been suspended". About a week later I checked it again and it was back up, but this time the content and design was different. I imagine that person had a "fun" time dealing with all of that. Trust me, it isnt worth it. Also, do you think you will gain because their site has good SERPs? It will probably be the opposite. If the site is well established in the SERPs your site will certainly be viewed as a duplicate by the SEs which could get you no where with them.
