    Looking for cool link builders for 2 sites: Finance and Web Development

    I'd like to find one (or several) link builders who can share their experience in building quality links for tech and finance sites, know the secrets, tricks and places where to add high quality links.

    I'm interested in
    1) blogpost posting, permanent links on sites (you show me the URLs, I approve, you negotiate with site owners, when links are published - we pay you via paypal)
    2) blog commenting (at least 10-20 good blog comments for a deal)
    3) Dmoz, trusted directories links but no bulk deals!
    4) Any good ideas for promoting old trusted sites

    The scheme is simple: you show the URLs, where you can add links, we agree on price if I'm interested, when the link is published, we pay you via paypal in 24h.

    My main criterias for links:

    1) Naturall looking sites, good history, good links, quality and trust
    2) ANY SERP organic positions (I check it via semrush.com)
