    You should checkout PayPerPost... it seems like it fits what you're looking for. They give affiliates assignments and pay them for blog posts to create contextual content for advertisers. IT's a solid program. BEst of luck to you.

    payperpost caused many ppls PR go down, ppl having PR6 and using payperpost lost their PR...
