    1.What do you mean by "Budget $10k a month" and "would like to buy 50-70 PR 4 domains per month" ?
    For me, this is mean that you're willing to pay $10k for 70 PR4 domains..

    2. What kind of PR4 domain that suit your need? any PR4 or you have other metrics in mind?
