Buying Looking for Coder to code psd

    Im looking for a coder to code a psd, 1 page ( but possibly more). The psd will require some flash ( i.e rotating images every 5 seconds) but nothing too serious.
    Ive come down fairly ill so cant do myself & needs this completed within 48 hours.

    this is the psd image in question. Now where the our brands are the coder will need to add another image and also take completly out the commercial,residental, irrigation just below the roating image & logo. The rotating image & logo can then be made bigger.
