    most of the product sites on flippa are there for a reason. The seller didn't research the niche properly for one.

    There are also the ones on there with poorly written sales copy and even a poorly written product that want $3,000+ for what amounts to a template and a domain with some branding graphics. You would still have to basically rewrite the site and probably even the ebook if you don't want to suffer through double digit refund numbers.

    They also tend to not list a reserve price, BIN, starting price, anything and list it for months. They're basically trolling for suckers to come in and offer way too much money for the site.
