No such thing as cheap classified posters. Anyone that can charge under $1.00 for bulk ads is a complete scam. The overhead of PVA's , proxies and time is just not worth it. If you are looking at a legit posting business, expect to pay between, $1-$2 per ad depending on section. For Sale right now is tough for ads to stick.
