Looking for City based cloaking

Can someone point me in the right direction of finding code to include in my site that will cloak based on IP or better yet a whole city? I don't need anything complex - just 2 options... most cities see Site 1 and a handful of cities see Site 2. Is this possible?

If someone set this up for me, please PM me. I'm willing to pay to have it done.

I do something like that at http://getmyip.eu/ but it can't be done with 100% accuracy.
Maxmind offers the free GeoLite City database for that. For greater accuracy you would have to use the paid GeoIP City db or service.

Get a MaxMind IP to City database then use the IP of the customer to find their city in the db
