    I think Cheapest possible rates from $2-$4 per month with unlimited features like add on domains.

    Please define 'cheapest' by telling us your budget.
    You should tell us your requirements of space and b/width as well because cost depends on htese factors also.
    If you have any specific choice of control panel, that should also be told to us.
    It is very difficult for anyone to suggest anything.

    The cheapest I've seen and hosted a site in is www.ucvhost.com, $1 buck a month.

    I am ready to spend upto $5/month. I am looking for complete unlimited features with ASP.net 2.0 and MS SQL SERVER 2005 and addon domains just like ixwebhosting where i have currently hosted my sites.

    Still i have not found any.
