    yea santrex vps are gud and allow many things and support is gud my site is also on thier vps and going good i am on their german servers but it depends on you which to buy and they are unmanaged like many others are so you have to do the hard work by yourself + no cpanel but i think u trying to run vbulletin if yes than u don,t need a cpane.l lxadmin is included you can do every thing from there.

    one thing more i can see that you are new to vps it will be a bit difficult to understand in start but quick tip vbulletin or ipb are best on apache and apache needs nearly 250 mb of ram so be careful while buying about your requirements. by default webserver is lighttpd
