Greetings to all Digital Point forum members and web hosting company owner, I'm Jack Lim and I'd a pretty decent experience with web hosting before (I own one alone before, sold it due to personal reason). Due to the fact that I'm facing some financial problem right now with real life, I'm looking to assist a web hosting company that's at least 5 months old (Whois will tells all) in either by being a support, or technical staff. I've been a customer of many VPS company before, and had learnt basically all the common, general troubleshooting etc. Installing PHP scripts won't be a problem too, as I'm a fluent xhtml/css coder and know the basics of PHP (EG. What certains commands mean). As for being a support staff, I'd own a web hosting company before, and knew how to deal with customer etc. I'll be on with my laptop all day long (FYI my timezone is GMT +8, Singapore time), following me around the house, thus I'll always be there to response to tickets, or live help.
