For mailing servers, need access to a different block of IP's each week. For hosting servers (2) that can handle some complaints so we can remove them -- yes, even Can-Spam compliant mailings generate complaints as people don't want to be removed sometimes. Needs to be able to guarantee that the remove link will be valid for 30 days after mailing to a list (Can-spam requirement). Second web server is needed for domain hosting of about 50 different domains with catchalls. Only interested in non-us servers. This service will be non-adult, non-casino and for lead generation only.
