Mate, you should give us at least some clue about what you want to do, it does not hurt telling people "I want to build a hotel", no one will steal your idea. What you're telling us right now is.. well, nothing. If I were an American, how on earth would I know if I want to get involved or not? "Serious people" would not bother asking more questions if you are hiding it all from the start.
