I run a few gaming sites and Im looking for some investors/partners to help financially for a cut of the pie. I have ran these sites and paid for everything myself and at the start it was huge profit so no problem at all doing it but now real life bills have got me pay check to paycheck and I need someone to help me get the sites back on their feet. Making such an agressive deal with 6 posts probably will prove to be impossible. You need to gather a little more reputation before anyone will bother with even thinking about working with you. Any Professional knows this.

Right now we sell a product but i also want to start adding adsense to the sites. The investment needed Im guessing is around 1,000 and the profit per month is near 5,000 per site.
I prefer not to go into debt right now. I need someone who can help and also be a good business partner and maybe help to improve the business even more.
How can you judge profit is $5000 a month.. You estimate it will make that much.. or is it making that much... PLease provide some more detail.. How old is this website. Is it what forum or what? What product you are selling? What % of profit the investor will take every month? What legal documents is the investor and urself protected with?
Because when I was running the site correctly it was making 7,000 a month. with ads it could go even higher.

allright, let me get this straight: - your site was making 7K a month - you were doing some kind of advertising leaves two options: - your advertising costs were higher then your revenue (would be very bad marketing) - you drunk (or whatever) the 7K and suddenly noone comes anymore So I don't know what you are aiming for
