    I am looking for websites or blogs with low PR. I don't care about design, traffic and all those things, even the contents doesn't need to be unique, I am just looking for websites or blogs with PR1 or PR2. My budget is up to $15 per blog/website.

    I will check your website, so please don't try to sell fake PR websites.
