    Qualifications:

    1. someone who can write original post like what www.oddee.com and odditycentral.com ... you must able to blog from politics, gadgets, technology, automobiles, tv shows, movies, celebrities and even foods...

    2. so 1 blog post probably have 300 (minimum) to 400 (max) words with images

    3. reliable and honest

    4. who can accept paypal via payment

    5. who can communicate via Skype
