Im not sure if what Im looking for is a blog or not, but what Im looking for is something similar to a blog/guestbook I think. I need something that anyone can leave a comment that will be displayed on a page, without being a user. Basically a page with the same function as the "post quick reply" function on these pages here. If what Im asking about isnt a blog setup, then tell me so I can know what it is and look it up properly. Thank you

if you are looking for a specific script, there are tons of websites that offer a variety of scripts, just google it and you'll find one. Most of the scripts I know are PHP based forms. And there are tons of them on the web, try looking at http://hotscripts.com If you are running on CPanel, try Fantastico I am sure it has a guestbook there for you to install and use for you web.
May be u might try shoutbox if u want ur users to leave some message.. or to interact with u publicly..
