Looking for bing beta ranking techniques

    Hi,
    My sites are on Google SERP and I get a lot of visitors from it.
    That's good.
    With Bing (Italian version), I get very few visitors.
    How can I improve ranking on Bing Italy?
    This is not the same english search engine because it behaves different.
    So I'm looking for informations, posts, articles about ranking in this Bing search engine.

    Does Bing consider the nofollow link tag?
    If I get a nofollow link, is this useful for ranking?
