Looking for Best Wordpress Theme Designer

    I require a fresh new theme for my blog.
    That includes a Unique Mascot, Logo and Icons.
    Its related to Dentistry.

    Need a 3 column web 2.0 design with the BEST artistic features.
    If you code as well, its good!

    Show your portfolio of Wordpress designs you have done earlier.

    i don't do mascot designs, if you can provide the mascot i can handle the web design and coding:

    i can do the design part for 190-240$ - web 2.0 high quality design(you will get full layered PSD file)

    coding costs 60-80$ and is XHTML/CSS valid + widgetized sidebars
