Looking For Best Digital Product Selling Solution [Self-Hosted]

I'm looking for a self-hosted solution for selling digital product (PHP script or WP Theme) which provides :-

Membership Management
Download Facility (only to members who has paid)
With a facility of manual approval of each order.
Payment processor will be Paypal
With a good looking theme so that site looks elegant.


Do you know any good script which has these features?

Thanks but It's too pricey and also without demo. I'm just gonna start a new site so willing to start with small but elegant, anyways thanks. Is there any other self hosted solution which fits this(above mentioned) requirement?
