    If you're looking for CPM check out Lijit. I started with them a couple months ago and they're pretty good and pay on time. The rates I've been seeing are anywhere from .30-.80.

    You can choose ask price for each ad...fill rates seem low. Still new to it so I'll see how goes later.

    .5-1$ is high to you guys? Is that why my ads are not filling, should I go to .10 or something?

    I recommend you to use Contextweb man, i am using this CPM network and my revenue average is $1.5/ day. And i get that revenue with average 700 traffic from US. If you have a big impression from US you can earn more.

    Smowtion is not a good one man, many people said that smowtion doing fraud report. Maybe you can try Contextweb or maybe in-text ad like Kontera or Infolinks. I hope you have a good impression from US, and you'll get more revenue. :)
